College Showcase TEAMS (U15 - U19)- Please fill out roster  and email to rage-web@pleasantonrage.org
CHECK LIST:
NOTE: Please DO NOT put positions - other than GK. Please DO NOT put "#" before the jersey numbers.
1) Please order in alphabetical last name order.
2) Don't forget to add your team name on the top, your City and State under that, and lastly, the Head Coach and Assistant Coach names.
3)
Please put your team name and Age Group (ie: U15) in the Subject line of the email.
4) Email to: rage-web@pleasantonrage.org
Deadline: July 8th, 2012 - you will
not be included in the Showcase College Coach Books if your rosters are not turned in
by deadline..
